What counts as a client?
A client you are actively working on in AgentHub. When the work ends, you can move a client to history. It stays readable and stops counting toward your plan.
When does my trial start?
When you choose Start trial in the app, not when you create your account. Your end date shows in Plan and access.
Do I need a card?
Not for the trial. You add a card only when you choose a paid plan.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. The owner or an admin invites teammates by email, each with a role. Plans are priced by clients, not by people.
What are AI usage limits?
Each workspace has a daily allowance of AI actions, and most requests use one. The AI usage limits page lists them.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, in Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal, and the billing page shows when your plan ends. A smaller plan asks you to choose which clients stay active. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
You are never charged for the trial. Paid plans renew monthly, and canceling stops the next renewal. Fees are not refundable, except where the law requires.
Will the price change?
If it does, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel first.
